Is the official release better than the boot for sound quality.

The boot (the latest one) is GREAT!
What always amazes me about the "Mannish Boy" rendition, is that the Stones did all the noise before the song starts EXACTLY the way it is with Muddy; all the ad lib guitars and the "ho ho-ing".
But then I heard Muddy do it with the Band, and they do it too.

The one I have is Live At The El Mocambo Club 1977 on the SODD label[not sure if it's the latest version].

"my PC don't seem to recognize these DVD-files - they won't burn on a disc"
Imhot they're totally disposable. I fought tooth and nail to open the .exe file that contained them... only to realize after playing them that they suck (imho).

Yes indeed it is, my favourite version of that one. A song I dig to begin with
The sound of the old vinyl (and the VGP) during the very last seconds of Hand Of Fate really suits the high energy....as Keith's guitar sounds like it's burning during that last guitarstroke....some sort of feedback/muddiness with the recording
