I always wondered what Mick is doing backstage while Keith is working on his two songs.

Anyone an idea?

Having a drink, workout, taking a shower...you name it...

change of clothes

probably resting changing clothes staying in tune abit maybe

pretty much the same as many of us do... number 1, texting, drinking a beer.

there was rumours that he does that but i don't believe it as for Faxl (fat axl) what do you expect

One thing I always wondered is: why doesn't Keith introduce Mick after the band introductions? Sometimes you see Keith nod at Mick, but never an introduction...

I'm seeing this more and more lately: Axl Rose, Rob Halford, Ian Gillan.
All guys who sing in a higher register.
They go of stage 2 or 3 times in 1 song.

During the Bigger Bang Washington show, I was at the side of the stage in the front row, second level, and could see behind the curtain. Mick walked off stage, held his arms up. One woman pulled his shirt off over his head, then another woman pulled a new shirt on. After that he stood there sipping from a plastic cup until he disappeared to get ready to go back out.

Angus has been using an oxygen tank for years. If you've seen AC/DC before, especially when they were alot younger, you'll know why. I've never seen anyone move around more on stage as he does. All the head banging, duck walking, running around, rolling on the ground! Not sure if Brian Johnson is now using an oxygen tank.

Sitting on side of the stage for a couple of their shows in the late '80s or early 90's, I have seen Brian run off between songs for oxygen a number of times.

When I lived in a small village near the Dutch border a few years ago, I saw Angus Young on a bike a few times, about 40 kilometres from the place where he lived/lives(?). He doesn't rely on the Oxygen tank alone, he's keeping himself in shape.

That being said, I can't see anything bad in that Oxygen tank thing, I'd love to have one myself.

I think he gets his hair done again as well. He usually comes back out with it back the way it was at he start of the show.

From all the theories above, this is the less plausible.

I've seen him backstage too and he blows his nose...a lot...changes his shirt, drinks a lot of water ( Evian), and from there I'm not sure....he went underneath where I couldn't see. I bet he eats something to give him energy like a banana or a power bar.

Thanks, I'll use this as my one question I would ask Mick Jagger if I got the chance. I couldn't think of one in the other thread last week. Now I am prepared in case the opportunity arises.

Someone I spoke to on this last US tour, who was backstage, said he was lied out on a bed getting oxygen while Keith played.
