No Use In Crying is their saddest to me, but not too many songs by the Stones make me really sad. Nothing they do can touch, for example, "No One is There" by Nico or "Will to Love" by Neil Young.

In another sense, I'd have to say "Winning Ugly".

We are not interested in "good sad", we are interested in "sad sad".

"Sad Day" might qualify, but it is a rather forgettable song. And I still have never been able to listen to it from start to finish.
