The "alternate New Faces take" I posted for the Tracking Cookie has been flagged by YouTube for a copyright claim by UMG. Given that this is not and never has been an official release, where do I stand?

I don't really understand it all.
Couple of recent Stones clips I sent on e-mails says poster removed it.
Usually a good clip and maybe Stones gonna use it on upcoming DVD???

The question I'm trying to ask is: if I uploaded the track off Voodoo Lounge then obviously I'd be in breach of copyright. But does UMG actually have copyright to Voodoo Brew?

Gotta keep coming back, there are some folks who do nothing but post on Youtube (things they might not supposed to, but who am I to judge?) and they get constantly banned, but they keep coming back under different names.... hey, kind of like IORR, eh?
