Same song as far as I can tell. Someone pointed out that the piano solo might have been different, but I didn't recognise that.

The 2011 version uses the same overdubs as on the 1994 version, but with more additional guitar-fills, which I believe where recorded when they dubbed on it the first time. Besides that it's also mixed a little different, the 2011 version also doesn't have a fadeout.
The Piano version is another version mixed differently, which, as the subtitle suggests, uses the piano more prominently.
