From an interview with Fritz Rau, legendary ex tour-promoter from Germany:
Aber ich freue mich darauf, bald die Rolling Stones wiederzusehen. Denn endlich, endlich erfüllen sie einen meiner größten Wünsche: Sie spielen nicht in einem großen Stadion, sondern zwei oder drei Konzerte in der Festhalle - und verdienen dabei mindestens genauso viel.
Translation:
I'm happy to see the Stones again and this time they fulfill one of my greatest wishes: They are not playing in a big stadium but 2 or 3 concerts in the Frankfuter Festhalle (15.000 seats) - and earn at least the same.

Just read in a newspaper that there is a possibility of a stones-concert in Mönchengladbach HOCKEY_PARK!!!a fantastic outdoor arena with 20000 cap.

about that 20.000 arena in Mönchengladbach - the article linked above says that the promoter made an offer to the Stones, after he heard that Keith Richards said he was itchy to play again. So the Stones didn't do anything yet.

If they play Europe in 2011, then the world tour start will be here. Don't forget that they have a big rival in USA this year - U2 which attract a similar audience; in Europe there are only some Bon Jovi open airs. And if they start in Europe this year then Germany as the biggest market has good chances. I think something like 40 % of the Stones European legs have started in Germany, some nearby (Vienna, Werchter).

b) the Infos from the Boss from The Hockey Park (they make a offer to the Stones, If the stones don't tour he can not make a offer
c) Keith say we are ready
So The Remours for 2011

Mönchengladbach - Hockey Park -- June - August (If a big Ticket Run they can play in the Football Stadium "Borussia Park" its a very Good Option
