I always assume articles about Jerry Hall are orchestrated by her own publicists and a friendly journalist. Then again, all celebrity press is orchestrated in much the same way....but your point is not inconcievable. The UK tabloids are notorious for writing this kind of thing all on their own, but Jerry Hall seems to have a rather chummy relationship with the tabloids, so who knows? Mick seems to have a very small circle of aquaintances - a few people he presumably trusts won't talk to the press.....so who in that party would have ran to the nearest tabloid reporter? Your question is reasonable.
I wondered if that was part of the attraction for Mick.
