Now, it says you cannot download from Stones Archive in the UK. WTF is happening, as I cannot also connect to google play as I currently don't have a mobile phone ?

You don't have to have a mobile phone to connect to Google Play, you can just get there using your web browser. I've downloaded every concert from Google Play, and I have never once used my phone to browse or play music, I don't even have it connected to the internet.
