Since the official (Keith's statement around Halloween being the unofficial) announcement most likely won't take place until May of 2011 how about at the worlds most famous horse race, the Kentucky Derby on the first Saturday in May? With their vast wealth they could purchase one of the contenders (preferably an offspring of the late great Seattle Slew) just a few days before the race and rename him '50 Licks' to promote the coming tour. Each Stone would be present (including new/old bass player Bill Wyman, and new/old guitarist Mick Taylor) when they break the news of the coming tour just minutes before the start of the race while they all walk beside their race horse from the Paddock to the track. Of course if they win the race they can confirm the tour from the winners circle.

They should purchase the whole field, and name each "war horse" after the ones we'll hear in the tour's setlist.
