At Ground Zero? That would be bad taste - even by Stones standards... And they're not about bad taste and "breaking the rules" nowadays. Everyone's aware that by using Ground Zero, they'd hurt the feelings of many people who lost their loved ones, and that's NEVER been Stones behaviour.

Thay've never invited press to band meetings before, so I don't think a new tradition's about to be introduced.
Band meetings are usually in London. Often in Knightsbridge. In a hotel conference room, and with dinners, including guests like people from their staff. Dinners often in nearby restaurants.
They've been photographed in La Petite Maison (just behind a hotel they've often stayed in), at one of their favourite places in Beauchamp Place, that offers the finest Italian cuisine, and a couple of other places we've heard of.

I'd like to see it somewhere historical like Valley Forge. A place the Americans and British know quite well. (At least at one time)

It's representatives from their Promotone BV company and the four owners (normally), a lawyer and some Stones Org people. Conference rooms and offices are very suitable for that kind of thing.
