Colonial, it's easy. If I can do it, it must be. Just Google "Photobucket" and take it from there. Once you've registered a username and password, it's easy to upload photos from your pc or whatever.
Then, as Rockman advised, copy the IMG code in the dropbox underneath and paste it to your message.

It's better not to right click on a picture on the internet and copy the IMG url...you'll never know how long the picture will stay there.
Then you will get this
if they remove the picture.
Better to use Photobucket.
How to publish a picture on the IORR forum pages
Right-click on the photo on a website.
Choose "copy image location" (netscape).
Or "Properties (Explorer) and copy the picture address.
Typically picture address:
[iorr.org]
Then use the following codes to tell it's a picture:

Get the URL of the picture (put it on Photobucket or something if it's your picture and you need a URL) and as you're typing the message click the button on the toolbar with the mountains and sun picture (it's the middle one) and it will ask you to paste the URL.
