It means their system has locked you out of their website for 24 hours. They put a block on your PC's IP address, they use a piece of software that allows them to enter your PC's IP address and that IP address is then denied access. It is a mechanism they employ to discriminate against what they perceive as attempts to procure "too many tickets" ..........
