Over the decades the Stones have met many politicians. But have they ever met Margaret Thatcher?

But real visioners knew the shit that is going to come. The British folks got to know the meanings of these lyrics decades later...

I think I remember an interview with Mick while he was in Paris in 1982 during the European tour of the band.
He was asked by the journalist (maybe De Caunes ?) what he thought of Maggie's politics and he was quite embarassed to answer.
It sounded like it was a useless question.

You're sure that Mick and Maggie didn't have a quick one?

There have been several politicans who have voiced the fact that Maggie made them horny. Alan Clarke was one I think.

I never understood it, she's a evil witch.

Sir Mick probably doesn't see it that way though.

I remember the Blues Band adding Dylan's Maggie's Farm to their set and the audiences always cheering "I ain't gonna work on Maggie's farm no more".

...she's a evil witch.

I've always said that she's an evil witch who sould have been burned at the stake. Nice to see somebody else views her in a similar way.
