Pics Mick took of himself?
You think I'm some kind of weirdo ?
Mick has always been a "techy" kind of guy, and he frequently carried a camera around with him.
I'd like to see some pics he took of his bandmates, etc.
i think he wore one at the hyde park gig?
Considering what they've done, all the touring, years of not sleeping, he does look ancient. He looks very old for 68.

True. How can something be the "same" if it's "different"? A wig is a wig.
I do recall reading in a book that he did indeed wear a wig for Hyde Park.
i thought he had cut his hair for Ned Kelly and whore a wig for the concert. but i could be wrong.
it seems unlikely to me. i think its just a rumor because of how he wore his
uncharacteristically long hair that day. sort of hairsprayed into place to
keep it out of his face. if he had a "wig made for hyde park" it wouldnt have
been such a lousy one.
he didnt leave for australia til a few days later. almost certainly he would
have left any decisions about how his hair should look to the movie people.
i think thats one reason it was so long and unkempt, to give them plenty to
work with.

Hey mickschix, is this his real hair or his tour hair? I was unaware he even wore wigs till you pointed it out several times. Definately a few wrinkles on our man but whatever, I love him just the same. Mick is one cool cat. peace

He definitely look a lot younger in 2005 for the bigger bang shoot, despite being 62. Nearly 7 years later he has aged considerably.

He had a wig made for Hyde Park 69 because of getting it cropped for Ned Kelley...its been discussed on here numerous times.

He died his hair black for the Performance movie at the end of 1968. If you look at any decent Hyde Park photo you can see that the black hair has grown out, with several inches of brown hair showing above.
He has never worn a wig. I expect he has a very expensive colouring done in order to hide the grey but that's it.
