Question about "Shine A Light" DVD

I just have a question, I got the Shine A Light DVD for Christmas (I can't believe I didn't already own it, but I saw it in the theater and rented it) and I found it strange that there's no booklet in it. Almost all DVD's have at least some type of insert, if not an elaborate booklet. There are clips there like something SHOULD be there, but nothing is in the box but the disc.

So my question it, is that the way they all come? I bought a Nirvana DVD about a year ago that I knew should have had a booklet but didn't, and was able to return it for another one, and I'm just wondering if I need to do the same here.

No Booklet, just a one-page ad for the various soundtracks for it.

Yeah, return it and get Live In Texas instead.
