Is that a face or is it a woman's naked torso?
Are the Stones allowed to put that on the album cover?

no they're not allowed to do that. any visible female skin on an album cover is strictly prohibited. it's not sexy, it's sexist. there's a warrant out for their arrest. there goes any chance for a tour!!
