If the Yankees ain't there, at least I can take some satisfaction in knowing that the Phillies aren't there either.
There are no more obnoxious, despicable sports fans on the face of God's green earth than the cretins that crawl out from under rocks to attend Eagles, Phillies and Flyers games! May they all go home, eat their greasy little cheesesteaks, and rot.

Although I could ultimately give a rat's ass about any sports, I'm a lifelong, if very casual, fan of the Yanks, due to my father. I'm bummed they lost, but outside of the Cubs, I don't think there could be two more deserving teams than the Giants and the Rangers. SF hasn't won since they left New York, Texas has never won, I think that makes for a great series.

YES INDEED! My great grandfather got me into the G-Men as a kid back when they were in NY! Now I live in the Bay Area for the last 40 years and we are three wins away from the first SF Championship!!! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Giants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never had so much fun @ the park tonight...bring on game two!
