Never heard of him before, and saw him on Dutch TV last night. Raw blues, sliding on his homebuilt guitar with 3 strings. Amazing, go check him out. Oh and he is 70 years old...

Plays open tuning, with....wait for it....3 strings! Usually has a beat box thing. Seen him a couple of times live and he's entertaining...but, on recordings it's all a bit samey!

His cover of 'The Letter' is brilliant as well as the manic, 1,000 miles per hour 'Rollin n Tumblin'.
Also a very entertaining, funny story-teller.

I had never heard of him until he was on Top Gear a couple of years ago, had a listen to his stuff, not bad but like the mouse said, a little samey.
