Hi, I am watching the 75 L.A. and 76 Paris and a little bit surprised that Mick and Keith sing together with one mic almost every song. Is it the tour that we can hear keith sing songs most?

By the way does anyone have any idea about the opening songs? I know "fanfare for the common man" was written by Aaron Copeland, but I'd like to know whose recording Stones used for the opening. Or was it the special recording just for the opening?

Also, what is the song full of percussion used for Paris (and LA before Fanfare)?
