Does anyone know if there's a way to order this online somewhere for those of us not located in one of those countries, or even that continent? I'm not having much luck finding it online.

Sorry I just found the thread on here for this album - my apologies. Although it didn't say how to get it (if at all) without actually going to one of their stores. Guess I'll need to find someone going to Norway or Iceland or Germany. LOL
