Wasn't the first time JJF was played live be in the "Rock And Roll Circus" in 1968? Didn't Brian play in that?

What about Jumping Jack Flash ?
According to Stanley Booth's True Adventures..., Brian played with the Stones for the last time on May 12, 1969 at the NME Pollwinner's show in Wembley Stadium.
They played JJF & Satisfaction.
Was this the first time for JJF and was this the only time Brian played JJF in front of an audience?
Does a video exist of this performance?

Edith Grove honey, Vocalion's giving you the correct date of the NME gig:
may 12th 1968, not 1969.
the Rock & Roll Circus was indeed december 10th-11th 1968.

Ok, I still get confused sometimes with the month/day & day/month thing.

CYHMK -Palais pre-tour gig '02
Dance, Parachute Woman, Brand New Car- Orpheum, Boston, '02
I guess a lot of the debuts would take place at the pre-tour warmup gigs and the first show of a tour, or something special like Hyde Park. There's a database others have posted here in the past which lists most all of the setlists and which shows had song debuts.

>> Why they like to put the day before the month makes NO sense whatsoever <<
sure it does - going in order from the smallest of the three units to the largest makes excellent sense
what's confusing you is just that the US does it both ways
but i digress. what was the topic? oh yeah:
Before They Make Me Run debuted in the New Barbarians' fine hands at the first CNIB gig (22/4/79) -
i believe there's no recording in circulation. the Stones finally got around to it on 31/8/89, right?
and there is a bootleg of that

Yes sir! I am now happily married with a 7 month old baby girl! Recording studio is up and running strong and we are doing tons of HD video! Let me know if you ever plan on coming through Louisville and we'll have a beer! (Drake)
Thank you all for your comments. Seriously. And Gazza, the link to the rocksoff database is STELLAR. Granted I'm probably going into Holy Grail territory but I'm curious how many 'firsts' I could compile into a bootleg. I'm in the early stages. Will be remastering tracks if needed (not butchering, mind you)...

CYHMK was played in 1971. No tape of it in circulation, but Keith, Bill and Bobby Keys have all confirmed they tried it out at a couple of early gigs before abandoning it.
