Oh, that's good to know. I have seen Tarle's photos in other places & wondered if there was loss of detail/a lot of distortion once you get to a larger size (20" by 24"* or larger).

Nowadays it's possible to make 120x160cm silver prints from 35mm negatives without seeing any flaws appearing. Pro labs (like the one Tarlé goes to) have incredible gear.
