Yeah, cool tune, but is that really Mick's voice?
There are a couple of moments when it sounds distinctly Mick, but most of it is not nasally enough to sound like him.
So how does he get that sound? He just puts a towel over the mic, or what?

Most definetely Jagger on vox. Sounds like the combination of a harmonica mike, whiskey, an overlong rehearsal in 77, and no lyrics.
