It's actually mind boggling -on the '92/93 Winos tour his sounds was the fattest, loudest and most distorted sound he ever had listen to Boston and Detroit '93), and one year later with the Stones his sound was wimpy, tiny and out of the mix. Thanks Mick!

What Amps did Keith use live with the winos? The live albums sound too dark and dirty for a twin? Any thoughts?

Rather OT but the FOH volume at the 92 shows was almost unbearable. I wonder what it was like onstage...

IMO, the sound he had on the 88 tour was unbeatable. The distorted, yet clear sound of Take It So Hard and How I Wish was stunning on the Palladium LP/DVD.
Then again, I haven't really heard much from the 92/93 tour. Only Boston and Köln.

It probably was no where near as loud on stage as it was FOH.
