The biggest Dutch Rock band, Golden earing,
were influenced by the Shadows and the Beatles in their early days.
Not sure if they were heavily influenced by the Stones in de mid 6-tees and early 7-tees.
They grew their own for a large part imo.
I always liked their music and clips.( Their sense of humor in particular)

United States

Aerosmith
New York Dolls

Both frontmen even kind of look like Mick Jagger.

I suppose one could also mention the Black Crowes, whose singer kind of dresses like Keith Richards.

Ahh, but I would say The Black Crowes were heavily influenced by The Stones circa 1970-73... Rich Robinson has gone on record saying he thought EXILE was close to being the bible of rock...he loves that album. Certainly their look and sound for their first two albums was very stones influenced.

I think the Tragically Hip must have been. They opened for the Stones a few years back, which I would have loved to have seen. The opening of this one always reminds me of Going to a Go Go... too bad there isn't a better version on YouTube.
