I hope the L&G DVD has select-a-stone featuring Bill Wyman. It would be like watching Andy Warhol's film of the Empire State Building. Fascinating, in its way.

i couldn't agree more; and in fact, I'd like to mention that IMHO we've (almost...) all lost our sence of perspective in a way, lately.
The so-called "Vegas Stones" ARE a kick-ass band. Period!

(And no, I DON'T dislike "A Bigger Bang"... not a bit. but for the sake of the this thread, ànd my mental health so early this morning, I won't "go" thére... )

I have long thought the same thing.

That moment pretty much defined The Rolling Stones for me. Well, I guess more accurately Mick and Keith's true relationship. I'm glad it was caught on film.
