First got "Through The Past Darkly" for xmas 1970, when I was 10. Knew JJFlash & Honky Tonk from Top 40. Was intrigued by the cover, especially in contrast to the Beatles covers to Abbey Road and Hey Jude. I mean how could I not be impressed by the black smear on Keith's eyelid. Got Ya Yas next, then in '72 Sticky, Exile, & More Hot Rocks. First album bought upon release was Goats Head Soup.

It was the Fall of 1972. I was starting 5th Grade. I bought a copy of Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out. Life hasn't been the same since-thank goodness.

My mum bought this on in 76/77, this was my first real confrontation
with The Stones.

It blew me away since then.

This one was the first I bought myself in 78

Was hard to imagine at that time that these 2 LP's were from the same band.
Not knowing at that time what they did in between end 60-ties en 1978.

High Tide And Green Grass, and I still have it ... albeit that it's a bit battered and bruised. Must've bought it in '68 ???? (I think)

With the money given by my mother to buy myself a 1981 X-mas gift, I picked this record:

Beggars Banquet, 1982. I'd just read Tony Sanchez' Up And Down With The Rolling Stones and Sanchez had declared it the Stones' best album.

The first I got was a Japanese compilation of the 1960s hits and REWIND.

The first I bought were "Some Girls", "Love You Live" and "It's Only Rock'n'Roll" back in 1989 after the wall came down and we went to West Berlin the first time.
