Q65 - hardest r'n'b this side of The Pretty Things. They then went on to make some great psychedelia too.

And then there's the amazing Group 1850. Floyd fans will love them.

Herman´s one of my favourite artists of the Netherlands.
I´ve seen several shows from the early to the mid-eighties,great band as well.

Not to be taken serious, just a question :
Vader Abraham, from Netherland or Belgium ?

Hey SFF !

I am not realy sure ...all what I know is that Vader Abraham worked in a baker'sfactory and ran a Belgium chips (French Fries for the Americans amongst us winking smiley) is he a Dutch icon, isn't he ?

About Herman Brood,I've been told he was a Dutch icon reflecting sex, drugs and rock & roll with an adequate end to it: suicide by jumping from the Hilton roof top in Amsterdam.

I've also been told that Brood was a bright, multi-talented low life addict, a total narcissist and a very disloyal and egoistic man.
But his music was great, as well as his paintings.

I don't know him enough, just listened to him many years ago and almost forgot him until today .

Hey Sway, pleased to meet you...yes,it was quite a shock when I got to know
about the Hilton jump off...and strange was that I never paid much
attention to his birthday.
Last year I realized it...
