Is it true cds last longer than cdrs? I would think so. Though i have some boots of cdrs from 97 B2B tour sounding still very good.

I would say yes, but a good quality CDR I would assume will last far longer than a cheap one, so I would say the B2B CDRs you describe must be good.
When I have burned bootlegs I have found brands such as Fujifilm are still fine after a couple of years, but a cheap CDR of The Brussels Affair I burned at the same time now hardly works.
