I always thought Sonny Rollins played it but some websites say Bobby Keys played the sax solo on this song. Anyone knows more ?

It sounds a lot like Bobby...

Sonny added his parts in New York in spring '81 as he did on 'Slave' and 'WOAF'.

The basic track was done in late 1980.

Bobby doesn't play that high. Although it doesn't really sound like Sonny Rollins. It sounds more like Sonny than Bobby.

Ernie Watts played in L.A. on the tour.

After the Paris sessions in summer 1979, Keys didnt play at any Stones session for six years.

'Neighbours' wasn't an ER leftover, it was one of two new songs cut specially for Tattoo You ("Heaven" was the other) and was first recorded in Paris, late 1980.
