Laugh, I Nearly Died.

Before that, would have to go back a ways - although I like "Out of Tears", I wouldn't call it great.

Waiting on a Friend.

LOTS OF EXCELLENT slow songs since 1981 (and lots of not-so-very-good), but that one I would call the last GREAT ONE.

Laugh I Nearly Died of course

One of the best Stones songs ever. Wish the whole ABB album was of this quality.

Laugh, I Nearly Died.

Also, on recently listening to A.B.B. once again, I don't think it deserves the bad rap everyone give it. It is a pretty strong album

Not to be misunderstood. ABB is a great album, probably the best since Tattoo You or at least Voodoo Lounge. But it could have been a classic if they had included Under The Radar and excluded some of these strange/weak tunes: Streets Of Love (although the live version is great), She Saw Me Coming (sounds like a Winos outtake to me) & Biggest Mistake (mediocre sort of country tune).
