okay i know where this is from. don't know the name though. this was a special on ahmet, his life growing up in washington, love of jazz and the creation of atlantic records. it's got ray charles talking about "what i'd say" coming from a song ahmet wrote called "mess around" and tons of great stuff. think i saw it on american public tv, but don't remember the year.
