Ah ,you must be right ...1973 at least from the very first images ,Mick was still " smoking " ,if I can call this to smoke .
I've always been amazed by the "lout " way he holds his cigarette and he barely breathes in .

Does it take place in Munich 1976 ?

...I can confirm that parts of this video(s) must have been shot in Munich (- Munich Hilton - haha),
for example the scene where they enter the limo from 1:21 onwards - it's a German Mercedes, the registration number "M-..." indicating that it's a car from Munich. You can spot the license plate during the long zoom shot, when they get out of the car again, starting at 2:01.

And to me the first scene where they are gathered at the table does indeed look like '75 or '76 rather than '73, judging by their looks and Ronnie (!) sitting among them.

that interview was in France in 76

There's nothing from '73 in the first video; the parts 0:38 to 2:32 is '76. You can see it by Jagger's long hair and the newspaper clippings that shows pics of the '76 tour.

Does anybody know what show Mick is wishing a happy 500th edition to at the end of the clip.I was thinking Top of the Pops but that would make it 1973 which is outside of the time period of the other footage ,although they were in touring Europe at that time(Oct 1973)?

I think I can remember that Jagger had already a more lined face in 1976 ..... One can even see the beginning of the "hole wrinkle " on his right cheek.....
