My thoughts entirely, it looks a little bizarre in that setting. I suspect it's just one more in what is destined to be a long list of Ron's bolt holes, before he finally finds (apologies for the pun) what he's lookin' for ... which presumably ultimately boils down to much the same as the rest of us, a bit of peace and happiness. Find it difficult to imagine he'll find it there, but ........ hey, whatever ?

This house is a little under a mile away from me. Its a fabulous historic building which has recently undergone development and refurbishment. The surrounding "stockbrokers" houses are in fact fairly modest detached family houses and apartments which have been squeezed onto Ruxley Towers former grounds.
Maybe he shouldn´t show up to often in pubs,don´t you think ?
No need to show up in pubs with this castle.

Ah, ok, thanks for that info CharliesSinger. I did wonder who could have bunged the planners to give permission for it as a new build on that plot

He'll be living near Jeff Beck, Clapton, and Jimmy Page. Could be some interesting pub gigs down in the Surrey stockbrokers' belt.
