What are the last 10 CD/albums you acquired?
Date: July 11, 2009 22:54

Hmm,
"Streetcore" by Joe Strummer & Mescaleros
"Generation Terrorists" by Manic Street Preachers
"Fireball" by Deep Purple
"My Way" the album by Sinatra
"Treacherous" by Neville Bros
"The Book Of Their Regrets" by Rave-Ups
"What Do You Want From Live" by Tubes
"Man Of Aran" by British Sea Power
"Jailbreak" by Thin Lizzy
"Fakebook" by Yo La Tengo

A good act I am heavily digging, far as rockbands go, is Pride Tiger.

I like these threads because once someone else posts, I invariably find out about new acts.

Hey Taylor Era - when did you get the Black Crowes Warpaint Live? Last year? Why would you get a BC album when they suck?

Hey Taylor Era - when did you get the Black Crowes Warpaint Live? Last year? Why would you get a BC album when they suck?

..hey skipstone, why do you follow me around like Chester, that yappy little, bouncy cartoon dog that flitted around and in between the feet of the big bulldog Spike? “Hey Spike! Hey Spike! What are you gonna do, Spike?” ..the little mutt that was so annoying, constantly in Spike’s face??

yer like Chester

anyhow, not that I need to waste a whole lot of time on you, but how could I get Warpaint Live 'last year' when it only just came out this year? I actually only heard there even was a Warpaint live from this website, recently, so I went and got it.

As far as the BC's, I never said they sucked, I said in the great scheme of things, they are a wee tad overrated. If I hated the band so much, why did I spend $70 to go see them last summer at a show along with 15,000 other people? The concert was a letdown.

If I think they suck so bad, why do I own practically all their records?

“Hey Spike, wanna tell me why the BC's suck, now?”

“How ’bout now, Spike?”

“Wanna tell me why they suck, yet?”

- “I’m busy right now, Chester. Go away...”

Hey Taylor Era - wow do you ever get the humour around here. You take yerself way too seriously. Isn't it OBVIOUS I was poking fun at you for Warpaint Live? Are you that dense? Go play your Coldplay album and tell yer little dog Spike to stop barking.

Haven't bought a cd in the past couple months but the next one I buy will be Rebels, Rogues & Sworn Brothers by Lucero. Great sounding band, may remind some people of Wilco / Uncle Tupelo. Great song on there called On My Way Back Home.
