If the Stones decided to do a 10 track covers album to be released in 2011, what would you like it to consist of? Just to make it more interesting shall we say that 5 of the 10 tracks should come from pre 1980 and 5 post 1980 to the present day. Be interested to see what IORRians come up with.

Sorry, I wouldn't want them to do a cover album. But that's just me.

I'd like them to do it!
5 pre-50s, 5 pre-70s tracks.

blues, rhythm & blues, soul, rock and roll... ya know
everything from Muddy to Otis...

What a HONOUR that would be for a band or musician to have one of their songs covered by The Rolling Stones.

I'd rather see the Stones play songs they're honored to play!
they have a great taste... Ronnie, Keith, even Mick when it comes to early stuff... not to mention Charlie with whom I'd love to go to the Cotton Club more than with Scarlett Johansson :-)
