Was David "Acid King" Schneiderman ever heard from again?

Any other comments about the bust?

The Acid King was not put on trial. Nothing. No stories, and that's the reason why some Stones members still think he was a police agent. The English police used incredibly dirty tricks to get the Stones jailed during the 60s and early 70s. They framed the boys. (Read about this in several Keith biographies)
People probably remember hearing/reading that the bust at Redlands took place AFTER a Beatles member and his lady left West Wittering. That was no coinsidence. The police never wanted to bust the Beatles. They were "good guys" and not considered a threat to society. (Not untill Lennon's political awakening.) And the cops would never have gotten away with framing a beloved household name. The Stones, however, were threat - and lock up your daughters etc - were threatening. And they had an attitude. They were rude and naughty. (We piss whereever we like - etc) And the police - and establishment - hated their guts. When Keith critisized Mick for accepting the OBE from the Queen (actually it was Blair's government's idea), the police and the establishment's conduct towards the Stones, "They wanted to lock us up", was his reason for doing so.

About the Mars bar. That story's been denied by Mick, Keith, Anita and Marianne. I'd rather listen to them than the - at the time - corrupt English police.

This came from the police files. Brown Sugar avant la lettre.

Addicted: Mick is Sir Mick - its a few rungs up the ladder in terms of status than an OBE.
Lord Jagger (of Dartford) would be about as high as he could get (sorry, wrong choice of words there).
