I was fortunate enough to see him perform at a Funk Brothers show in Detroit just last summer. All this talk on here about "farewell tours" is completely ridiculous. Musicians don't retire. They just keep playing until they don't.

I believe that was Benny Benjamin. Benjamin was on the Temptations' earlier hits.
