What are the differences betweene these boots in terms the quality of sound?

Which of these do you prefer and why?

P.S. I don't have the symphony yet, just brussels definitive edition FLAC

But Brussels def. ed. has many interesting extra tracks (Brown Sugar from Rotterdam is superior to BS from Brussels for instance)! I think I have countless versions. Many of them downloaded from the hot stuff side of the site, as UrbanSteel justly called it.

Yes, that is absolutely true. The BS vinyl was the second boot I bought in the mid seventies (after Welcome To New York BTW) and it is still my favourite one. The intro "speech" with the snippet from the Hollywood Bowl boot as an example for bad quality is priceless.

Whats the difference between EUROPE '73 Royal Sound 002 and Vinyl Gang 5th edition?

Another question. Was the King Biscuit Flower Hour the only source for Europe '73?

Quote: "A great cover reproduction of the rare Royal Sound 2LP of the same name. Made from a near pristine copy of the LP as evidenced only by single pops at 4:12 on YCAGWYW & Midnight Rambler at 1:02. The sound quality exceeds the "Brussels Affair" CD also made from the same LP source.

You must be kidding me. I didn't like Europe '73 at all. maybe I don't know what I'm babbling about, but to me it seems that they increased treble, which made highs clearer and added more noise as well. Just listen to the first 30 seconds of Gimme Shelter (Wembley). The hiss around "0:30" is way more audible on Europe '73, compared to Brussels.

The last thing I need to figure out, before I master my own version of brussels. Which version of Happy is better? cd1 or cd2?
