One particular record store in San Luis Obispo stone faced lied to me! I called them the day before and they said they had received a few. I showed up the next day and they said they received nothing! What filthy liars! Anyway, I tried to order the blasted thing from fnac. It took them four days to e-mail me and tell that that it's "indisponible chez le fournisseur". Quel fumier comme réponse! Anyway, I finally was able to order a copy from amazon to the tune of $33. Jeez, what a pain in the neck it was trying to secure a copy of this. At this point I don't care if it's numbered or not. I just want the darn thing. I guess I will have to wait two weeks before I ever get to listen to it properly...

Just got number 3439 from a kind soul in Darien, Connecticut

finally i got it, no .886!!!!!!!!

A friend picked mine up for me as there are no record stores near where I live. They took their time mailing it and I just got it today. Number 4795!!! I must say this is a very nice package. I am used to paper sleeves from old 45's I have from the past. This is made of thick feeling cardboard and very sturdy. And of course the vinyl itself is lovely!

I bought an unnumbered copy on Ebay (europe) ...have some doubts about how "limited" this copy is...

I suppose this was the Limited UK / Europe edition. It's unnumbered.

I got #3, #8, and #18. I guess I got lucky! I can't believe I got #3!
Anyways, I'm planning on putting #8 and #18 on eBay. I've seen numbers not even as low as these go for as high as $160 on eBay. I'll give you guys a heads-up when I plan on auctioning them so you can know when to start bidding. I messed with the image so nobody would use it on eBay in a fake auction to get money.

OK, now this is getting really confusing. The track lengths on the back cover of the 7" single are 3:59 for PMS and 3:49 for ADTL. The disc labels appear to state the same (I haven't found a sufficiently detailed scan to be sure, but low-res ones I've found look like those numbers).

The radio mix and LP versions of PMS on the CD aren't stated. Does anybody know how long they are?

3:58 (or 3:59) is the length of the new EOMS CD2 version of PMS.
3:49 is the length of the new EOMS version of ADTL.

There's a 3:47 version of PMS going around. Is that the radio mix? Then is the 3:59 one the LP version?

And there's a 3:39 version of ADTL going around. What's that from?

Perhaps the alleged 1,000 record store day ones have the 3:39 ADTL, and the others numbered greater than 1,000 have the 3:49 ADTL, this being to distinguish the record store day 1,000 from the rest that follow.

Whatever's going on, I think we'd all benefit from knowing what versions have which tracklengths (especially that promo CD), and what appeared on what. All suggestions (and facts) welcome!!

There's not radio mix, only some patchy edit made by a French radio.

That comes from a bad (and fast) vinyl rip that was posted all over the internet.

Ah, now I get it. Ignore the speeded-up 3:39 ADTL. That makes sense. So should we also ignore what is probably a speeded-up 3:47 PMS? That'd simplify things.

That just leaves that promo CD with the two versions of PMS. The LP version (track 2 on the promo CD) is surely the 3:59 / 3:56 track. Now about that alleged radio mix, which is track 1 on the promo CD. A patchy edit made by French radio, maybe, but for completists, well, still interested in getting it. Sooo ......, georgelicks or anybody else, any chance of posting this one? Being a promo-only track, that hopefully doesn't contravene IORR rules. Whatever, just let us know one way or another, at least what its length is if you know.
