KEITH'S HANDS

I hear a lot about Keith's 'arthritis' and him no longer being able to play on here. Is it just me, or do his fingers look just as bad here. I thought he played great in '99. I'm young but it was my one of my favorite Stones's shows, along with Arkansas '06. Keith played great there, too. I wonder if his sub-par playing had anything to do with him having a major head injury and surgery thereafter.

His hands have looked like they do now for awhile.
In fact, I'm not sure the problem is as bad as people on here say.

If you look at the bonus dvd that came with the Ya ya's box set last year, during the scene where keith is listening to the concert recording, his fingers are swollen even in 1969.

Why is his hair blue? Looks so strange...

I did not see any ABB shows in OZ, the fall occured after the Australian leg anyway.Im sure the surgery and the medication Keith was on afterwards had an impact on his playing - adding booze to his system would not have helped matters. As long as he still has the "fire" in his soul to play music,I believe he will be fine.
