Is there any news about his forthcoming solo album? Is it still forthcoming? I sure do hope so. He'd better release it rather sooner than later since the Stones will need him again at some point.

Those are good shots. It looks like the Ron Wood from the old days; and the guy next to him has quite a resemblance to Ronnie Lane.

Thanks for that incisive and informative review of the evening.

In fact, Lynne Jackaman and Saint Jude were on top form. Judging from the increased numbers at this gig, they are gathering fans and surely a wider success for them is only a matter of time. Their CD is expected to be released on the 26th April. I will certainly be back at the 100 Club next month after which Saint Jude head off for a small tour of Holland before returning here to appear at the Isle of Wight festival amongst other dates.

Sure, it is great to see Ronnie jump on stage as guest guitarist, but Saint Jude are well worth seeing in their own right.

Yes Saint-Jude is a good band for sure, and the venue is cool as well.

This forum is dedicated to the Stones though. Did not know they were coming again in May, that's good news.

Praline, thanks to you for the news on Ronnie's absence, had to be disappointing,
and to MOWAT for the follow-up.

Not only in May - they have a monthly residency at the 100 Club. Catch 'em there before they move on to bigger things (if their excellent performances there so far are anything to go by) or be sorry. Looking forward to their CD.

I was last friday on the 100club. It's a nice band, very nice band. The suporter band was verya nice too with a singer who reminds me Eric Burdon with his voice. Anyone knows the name of this band??
