I'm glad you like it too. It's from the show in Baltimore, Nov. 26. I think I wrote that on YT too if I remember well. DAC 015: Baltimore 26-11-1969 and Boston 29-11-1969 2nd show (Some Satanic Tour). It wouldn't surprise me if I've downloaded it here, but am not sure about it. In the notes you can read:

I love Baltimore Sympathy. Mick singing Hey Jude is priceless and wickedness of Taylor's solo is worth something about a million bucks.
it sounds Keith-ish though. Keith's "I'm not gonna stop it's my band" attitude and many Chuck Berry-like riffs here and there.
I'd love to hear a video with comparison of live 1969 takes on solos of Keith & Mick.
