It's a marvelous album. Now that the Stones have apparently discarded Don Was I'm looking forward to seeing them again. The marquee photo on the inside of "BOO!" was taken in my hometown in 1988.
Another return to the valley of Out Come the Freaks. Let's have the Stones on the Wasmopolitan Cavalcade of Recorded Music, if their advertisers can afford them. I've always enjoyed Sweet Pea Atkinson's voice very much.
Saying the "Boo" album includes "techno elements", like the article above does, is nonsense, though. "Needletooth" can just be called something like electronic beat poetry.
Okay, saw Was(not was) tonight. Crowd way maybe 100+ in a 400 capacity room. They did a 90 min set, 9 piece band that included 3 lead vocalists spanning their career. How were they?
Really Really Good. Only down part for me was them not doing "Spy in the House of Love"
