God this is a travesty. Madonna in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! WHAT A JOKE! She could be in the Pop Hall and Fame, but not Rock! There is nothing about her that is rock!! SHAME ON THEM! And I can't believe Iggy and the Stooges played at her induction.

I'm watching this now, & they showed a clip from about 20 years ago when they weren't on TV. It was Mick doing Satisfaction with help from Bruce Springsteen & namcy Wilson. It looks like Mike Love walking about banging a tambourine. According to Paul Shaffer, Jeff Beck Started to play the riff to Satisfaction & Mick takes off his coat & says time to go to work. Geat clip.

Well Leonard Cohen is on now. Presented by Lou Reed......I remember watching this last year when Keith inducted Ronnie Spector and going what the F is that on his lip. The debut of the stash. Thank god that phase is over with.

Am I right in saying the Dave Clark Five are being inducted tonight?

I thought the DC 5 were elegant. It was moving to see these true rock and roll legends. At their best they equaled The Beatles. Their covers always updated the songs to the mid 60s sound and Mike was a great R+B singer. It was no accedent they closed the show. Fortunately for the H.O.F. there are plenty of 60s acts to induct. Sonny and Cher, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Hermans Hermits, Paul Revere and the Raiders. Even the Monkees should be in if video acts like Madanna raree.
