Gimme Shelter DVD - hard to get?

Why is the Gimme Shelter DVD so hard to get? In Australia, specifically Melbourne, I've only ever seen it on shelves once, and that was at a comic book shop of all places. For a movie of such infamy, I find this strange. We have The Stones In The Park, Sympathy For The Devil, LSTNT, At The Max, Four Flicks etc., but no Gimme Shelter.

Australia DVD region is #4.
I think that Gimme Shelter DVD was only officially released for regions #1 and #2.
So if you see this DVD on shelves in Australia, it's probably an import one.

It took about 8 years before it was available in R2. Best to get a region free machine, I use to buy a lot of films from the US not released in Europe and even a couple of Aussie discs too.
