There is something you can do . Reporting fake or counterfeit items to ebay is encouraged by ebay .
That guy's on fire... he must be making them in his basement as we speak!
It's probably more effective to contact eBay to take care of it then to yell about it here.

I modified the characters to capital letters hoping the buyer will read it.
