Lots of great covers mentioned here.Bliss just beat me to it.Their Satanic Majesties Request and the inner sleeve of Beggars Banquet,in that order.Lots of others.
Ummagumma-Pink Floyd
In The Court Of The Crimson King
Cheap Thrills-Big Brother and the Holding Company
Thirty Seconds Over Winterland-Jefferson Airplane
Sgt. Pepper
Whipped Cream and Other Delights-Herb Alpert(I think there was an album inside but I'm not sure)
Disraeli Gears-Cream
Wheels Of Fire-Cream
All the Jimi Hendrix Experience albums
I could go on forever but I'll stop here. Don't you miss getting the LP cover when you buy a CD? If you're old enough to remember I'm sure you do.

How about Zeppelin's In Through The Out Door? Six different covers, and since it came in a brown paper bag, you didn't know what cover you got until after you bought it. You have to wonder how many copies some people bought in an attempt to "collect them all". Come to think of it, there was a Jefferson Airplace album in the early 70s (Bark?) that came wrapped in a brown paper shopping bag. It had a "JA" logo on it that looked just like the logo used by an American supermarkt chain that was around in those days called A&P. I would imagine that copies of that album that still have the shopping bag are now considered rare collectibles.

The Rolling Stones - UK first album release a very ballsey move to put the album out without the name of the band appearing anywhere. I love the photo they look like nobody else. Very original.

Revolver
SGt. Pepper
Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out
Let It Bleed
Who's Next
Led Zeppelin 1
