Hey folks Its been a while, but I just moved and its taken me about a month to settle in.
As you might remember I am a radio DJ in Canada, and host a number of speciality shows. One of them is called Vintage Vinyl where I spin an album in its entirety. Tonight we are spinning Sticky Fingers, cut for cut at 7pm Ontario Time.
If you want to check it out you can stream it online at www.thecoastfm.ca
I don't normally advertise , but I'll be giving some info about the album and playing it all, so I thought some of you out there might be interested.
....canadian sway, I don't think Heilabaloosa understood your post.....thanks for sharing.....I'll be working late and could use the tunes.....although a few of them just make me want to get out my little corner baggie......maybe I won't listen.....
Since every track of the album has been played live you should play your favorite live versions of each song. Nothing special about just playing the CD.
Had family in Seaforth and Goderich at various times, so got to know some of the area pretty well (for a kid too young to drive), the Blyth mill, Auburn butcher... loved the area! Followed the whole Steven Truscott story from the early 1970s too, so explored Clinton, and nice to see some kind of a resolution there this summer!
Exile is nearly over - will there be a big finish after MM?
Been listening to this statio on the computer; gotta say this is the best "classic" rock play list I've heard in a long time. Wow, the Kinks, Joni Mitchell, and everyone else. I just don't hear this variety on Nashville stations.
