I listened to JJF Syracuse (?) 1981 with the extra long Keith/Ronnie backupsingers break with just vocals and they miss the beat, Charlie hits it and Bill just slides in beautifully with a bassline inspired by the Miss you line he played. Pure magic. No guitars needed.
